Property reversal

My neighbor currently has a portion of our yard enclosed in his fence. He also cares for this area of our yard. I heard that after a amount of time, this area of yard would be legally his. Please tell me more about this.

In Georgia, if he contends that he owns the land for seven years, he owns it, if he meets certain conditions, one of which is that he "openly and notoriously" possesses the property. Don't take a chance. Look into a Suit to Quiet Title.
