Property Tax,and wills.
The property I pay taxes on was left by my grandmother .There are two propertys involved .The land that the home that I was left is suppose to be the land that was left as an estate to my biological mother, aunt, and uncle. And the property that my aunt lives on is left to mine and my sisters chidren.I was told I could not sell this house and property. In the will it only states if I was to not make the payment and for it to sold that it would be split 5 ways.I payed the place off and have payed several years property tax.Could I legally take and sell?

Sorry, but I don't feel that I could give you any advice without being able to review the exact terms of the will in its entirety.
