Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
I am trying to purchase a condo in GA. In the Purchase agreement, seller agreed to fix any issues from inspection. The total was 19 but I only asked for 10 items as well as documentation of service for 2. The seller did not fix everything and refuses to provide service documentation. My realtor isn't enforcing the contract. Can I back out and get me earnest money based on this? I've already lost almost $300 for the inspection.

It depends on the terms of the contract. Have a local business and/or real estate attorney review it and provide advice.
