Sellers Removal of Fixtures in Real Estate Sale
Fixtures are part of the real estate. Removalof fixtures by Seller is improper. Suggest youcontact an attorney. You should be able torecover fixtures of obtain a fair value for them.

Fixtures In Property
If the contract stateed that fixtures were to be included, you need to consult with an attorney. In hindsight, the contract should have specifically spelled out what fixtures were to be included. Being specific usually avoids problems like this.
