Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I want to purchase a mixed use (residential/retail) building in a commercial area. Is a residential real estate sale agreement adequate or is there a special commerical property form?

A "form" of any kind is obviously not appropriate. Your are making a large investment. It would be a monumental mistake to not have a real estate lawyer involved from the beginning.

I agree with Mr. Riddle. And a residential lease would not otherwise be appropriate for a commercial sale. There are many different laws and regulations that apply to residential purchases.
