Purchase of property

kI am looking at purchasing a property in Crawford County. This is approx. an acre with a mobile home. There are tenants in the home now. My question is, if there is a lease between them and the present owner, am I obliged to honor that lease?

Yes. Encumbrances such as leases run with the land.
