Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

We purchased a foreclosed home in Georgi at auction. The auction fee was 5% of the purchase price. Should this auction fee become a part of the purchase price on a PT61 for title transfer and ad valorem taxes even though the fee is not real property? What section of Georgia code defines this?

The auction fee is analagous to the real estate commission. How it is treated will depend on the real estate contract language which no one here has seen.
