Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
We purchased a foreclosure and all the documents stated the house is on city sewer system, but after moving in we found out it's on septic. Now we are having lots of problems w/ septic system and have to have the drain fields replaced. Is there anything we can do?

You found out the hard way that only professionals and people who have really studied things should buy foreclosures. The answer is likely that you are stuck, although no one who has not seen your paperwork can answer that. It's too late for you, but no one should buy a foreclosure, or ANY home, without a consult with their own lawyer.
