Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I purchased a home from a House movers company back in December 2014 gave the man 8000 and as of today 6/3/2015 he hasn't deliver the house and now refused to take my calls!! Has he broken the law. He knew my house had burn and that I was desperate for a home he promise the world called me almost every day until he got my money!! I am still home less what can I do?

This is not how you buy a house, so forget about the house. It likely never existed. Do now what you should have done more than a year ago - call the police. While you can certainly keep calling the company, your money is likely long gone.
