Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I purchased a lot with my boyfriend but I paid for it (he paid nothing)....but his name is on the contract. We recently broke up....what are his legal rights if I want to continue building on the lot?

It's his property. You made (legally a gift). Why would you possibly try to build on his property (he'd own whatever you built there)? He can keep, sell, use or dispose of the property as he sees fit.
