Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I purchased into a vacation club (Global connections, not a timeshare) based upon their offer to buy my timeshare . I told them twice before I signed that my 2008 maintenance fees were not paid. The manager said that was ok they would take care of it. If they don't fulfill that part of the deal, can I back out of the contract even though the seven days have passed and get my down payment back, and have them stop auto payments from my checking account ( will start 10/20/09).

Thanks.

Read your contract - it will tell you what their obligations are and what the "deal" is.
