Quick Claim Deed

Once my soon to be ex-husband signs a quick claim deed form, how and who do I need to file it with?

File it with the clerk of Superior Court in the county in which the land is located.

It is called a quit claim deed. And it will need to be filed in the real estate records room of the county courthouse.
