Quick Claim Deeds
I own a home in the state of MS, I also own and live in a home in Georgia. Can I do a Quick Claim Deed to my mother that resides in the home in MS? Is a credit check needed? Will this sever all fiancial ties I have with the house in MS?

You can certainly quitclaim the property in MS or anywhere else to your mother and no credit check is required. Once you sign and deliver the deed, you have terminated all your interest in the property.
