quick cliam deed

what if my ex won't sign a quick claim deed that became my property in our divorce.

If the final decree ordered the ex to sign, he/she may be in contempt. Consult with a local attorney.

If your ex was ordered to do so by court order, you may file a motion to hold he/she be held in contempt until they do so.
