Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Quit claim deed

My father paid the past due taxes on a plot of property in Georgia, which he now owns. The elderly property owner and my dad came to an agreement earlier this month, which would enable the prior owner to pay my dad for the past due taxes plus interest. Which deed form is appropriate for my dad to sign the property back over to the previous owner once the debt has been paid?
