There are 3 people on our Quit Claim Deed. There is only 2 of us on the Mortgage Papers. But all 3 of us are egual in the onwership of the house? No ONE person can sell the house without all 3 signatures? The property is divided by the 3 on the deed, yes or no? No one person can kick the other one out of the house?

The short answer is "No". However, you should consult with a local attorney who can review all the documents.
