Quit claim deed rights

A property was bought by ,say sam.

He has a warranty deed in his name and he alone holds the security deed. He the same day quit claims the property to Jill.Let's say the bank knew of this and had no problem with it.The property went into foreclosure and was sold at auction.What claim to the property does Jill hold.
