Can you tell me once a house has been quitclaimed to someone if it can be quitclaimed back to the original owner?

Yes, as far as the paperwork. The validity and ramifications of such deeds are a different question.

You did not provide enought information to determine whether or not such a conveyance can validly be accomplished. Real estate attorney fees for making that determination are very reasonable. Feel free to call upon my firm in the event that you wish to hire an attorney to assist you.

Of course it can. The person who now holds title can deed it to whomever he/she wants.
