Quitclaim

In 2002 i signed a quitclaim deed to my ex husband on our home. Just recently 2005 he decides to refinance and there is a lein on it from one of my credit card companies back in 2001. Is it still my responsablity to pay that lein? Could he sue me for it?

Yes and yes IF your divorce decree says that you are responsible for the debt. Consult with a local attorney to review your decree.
