Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
I am a real estate agent whose broker did not report taking the post license class and my license lasped. the office manager placed her name on the contract to submit, now they will not pay me the commssion after stating they would. The license was reinstated before closing. It was their negligence of not reporting taking the class that prevented me from siging the contract. Do I have grounds?

You most likely have a breach of contract claim for the commission. Speak with a local attorney to determine whether it is worth pursuing. You may also file in magistrate (small claims) court depending on the amount owed.
