real estate contract broken

Closed in April, investors signed a contract to pay mortgage until they find a buyer. Mortgage co. just called, they failed to pay the last 3 months. What are my options?

The most obvious option is to pay the mortgage you owe. Otherwise, you provide no facts on what you are trying to accomplish, or anything else.
