Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

If I own real estate and credit cards in my name only but manage the properties jointly with my wife in an LLC. What is her liability on any remaining mtge, and credit card debt if I pass away suddenly?

Maybe none, but it really depends on the terms of the debt. Have an attorney review all loans and advise.
