Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Real Estate Fraud

There is several violations under the RESPA Act, The GA Fair Lending Act, The TILA Act. Also the Final HUD-1 was never sign and the loan was closed and transfer. The loan transfer one again when the complaint was made, mading the 3 lender in 4 months. How do I proceed in this case, and for how much I can sue the Lender?

Re: Real Estate Fraud

Explaining how you go about a lawsuit is not appropriate for this forum. It is just one example of why you need a lawyer. If you do have a case, it is likely an experienced lawyer (one who handles these cases regularly, not just one who offers to take it) may take it on a contingency. Obviously, there is no way we know how much you can sue for.

You don't want to even think about handling this yourself. You will probably need the services of both a real estate attorney and a trial attorney. You may be able to find one who does both.
