a friend of mine was sued and issued

a summary judgment on claimed

mortgage interest she owed. she had

a contacted an attorney who had in

obtained in writing that a mistake

was made on the accounting from

the plaintiff law firm but this attorney

she contacted never responded to

the lawsuit. can an individual file a

petition to reverse a summary

judgement? and if so on what

grounds? clearly her attorney

dropped the ball
