I am trying to purchase a home in Warner Robins, G, but I fel that the seller is jerking me around. I have offered the asking price, but they refuse to accept my offer. What do I do?

That is not a legal issue. If you don't like seller or his/her offer, find another house. I am not sure what else you think you could do.
