Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Real estate

What if a person does a quitclaim deed before a lawsuit, but after the offense? I bought a piece of property from a individual in May 2005 and paid for it in full. Later, it was foreclosed on due to a outstanding lien on the property. The individual did a quitclaim deed on his most valuable asset in March 2008. My lawsuit will be filed next month. Can this property be touched in a lawsuit against this individual?

That is a question for the lawyer handling your case. It is not one that is answered with a couple sentences of information.
