Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

i want to quit deed to my parents 2 houses and two buildings. Can I do it myself or do I need the assistance of an attorney? The properties are in Georgia. 1 house is paid in full, the other's bal is 160k(i can pay 100k more on it).The 2 bldgs. are paid,too but i only own 1/2 of them, the other half belongs to my brother.

Based on your post, you will need a local real estate lawyer. Keep in mind that the loan documents will likely prohibit the transfer of property, or will result in the entire balance becoming due. The lawyer will explain this.
