realestate deed
mothers deed has 3 names on it: hers, mine and my sisters(deceased). i want only her name on her deed. how do i get my name and my sisters name off the deed.
thanks
quitclaim and death certificate?

You cannot get the deed in your mother's name only by using the procedure that you described. Your best course of action is to hire an attorney to make sure that proper procedures are followed. The longer you wait to do this, the harder and more expensive it becomes.
