what provides as a reasonable demand for possession due to breaking a lease agreement (pet), before a affidavit? and will a case for dispossession hold up without a initial demand for possession?

Rather than asking for research, you could have simply told us the facts. You stated in one of the previous posts asking about the same things that you were a month to month. It seems that you would rather keep fighting to stay, and have judgments and dispossessory orders against you than simply move to an apartment or house that allows pets. If that happens, you can expect to have trouble finding a new place when the landlords check your record (in addition to problems with credit and possibly employment).
