Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I received a 19k gift from x stepmom, as she told me she had become very wealthy and wanted to help me due to my financial downturn , in acceptance of this presumed gift we went to the bank at which time i thought she would cash or deposit into her account the check in the amount of a little over 23k which she received from an investment . At that time she told me to open an account and deposit the check and give her the remainder of those funds - the 19k. at which time we did with the bank associate. No quetion was raised as to anything regarding the monies except that she wanted to help me and her grandkids because she loved us. She stated to the clerk as we were leaving that i was her daughter and she was helping me with my mortgage. after leaving her i cried and thank her for her generosity and kindness, and she responded in kind an stated she had given her other kids over 40k each and i was her child too. But ask me to keep it to myself. feeling very grateful i told her that if i get on my feet or improve my credit i would like to give it back, even have her hold my deed. At which time she said i am not worried about it i just want you to be happy. and that she knew i would if i could. but that she was doing this because she wanted me to be happy and did not want me to lose my home i ask her about the taxes on the money and she told me she would take care of that, This was in July of 2011. In around March 2012 she contacted me saying that she went to her tax accountant and he told her she should have gotten a contract or note stating this was a loan for tax purposes at this point she also involved her kids telling me they gave her written notes also and they thought i should have also. At which she ask me to write a note just stating she gave it as a loan to me .with no other demands ,to avoid paying high taxes on it and needed to claim it as part of her estate. She assured me she was not trying to hurt me and knew i was feeling scared. So i wrote her a note i have not though have tried to improve my finacial situation but have not and am still having difficuly for i am a domestic cleaner, yet i have tried calling her and text her a happry mothers day with no response. However On June 21 2012 i receive a letter from her Daughter (private party document contract agreement) unnotrized and no indication it is from her mom, with escalated amounts demanded and deed demand by july 30 2012 .No communication from myX step mom in this regard. feeling very stressed Need advice .
