Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I recently closed on a property, as the seller, the monies that were wired into my account do not match the original HUD settlement which was signed by all parties. Can a closing attorney work off of and revise HUD statement without signatures to the point of transferring money?

Do you want to know what "can" happen or what really did happen? You should have had someone to represent your interests in the transaction, and you should not have signed the closing documents if they were not correct. Contact the closing attorney for an explanation of what DID happen.
