Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I recently moved into a home on 8 acres of land. The landlord stated at the time I moved in that he was going to take care of the lawn maintenance. He has been on the property almost every single day for the last 30 days, using the water that we are paying for, showing up unannounced, staying for hours, bring his dogs so they can "run" which forces my cats to have to stay inside out of fear, and generally being a nuisance. My wife lost water pressure while she was in the shower due to him using water outside. I have been sitting on the toilet and looked outside the window only to see my landlord waving at me. This is ridiculous and it is impossible for us to feel like this is our home when we are seeing this guy almost every day. What can I do?

You told us everything except the one thing we would need to know to answer you - what does your written lease say about your right to quiet enjoyment and his right to access (as well as maintenance)? Since you left that out, we can't answer you.

The other facts you left out is what the landlord said when you discussed it with him. Obviously this is the first step (well before trying to make a legal issue out of it).
