Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I recently moved out of a rental property and completed the final walk through with the landlord. He was happy with the condition of the property and told me to expect a full refund of my deposit which he did. Now after 3 weeks I received q letter stating that the touch up paint that I used doesn't match perfectly and wants me to pay to repaint the entire home. Am I liable?
