Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

We recently signed a lease purchase agreement with a buyer for them to buy our house. Since signing and handing over the keys, the check they gave us was returned. They have been very hard to get in touch with but we are out of the house and they are in the process of moving in. Do we have recourse to void the agreement?

Have the lawyer you hired when you wrote the agreement help you. Hopefully he dealt with this type matter. What the agreement says controls what you can do now.
