Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
I recently signed a 1 year rental agreement. Found out the house was foreclosed and will be sold on the courthouse steps in May. Do I have a legitimate lease. I reside in Georgia

Sure you have a legitimate lease (as far as we know based on your post). There is no foreclosure yet, and it might not happen.

Bear in mind that you may have a lease but you may also lose your right to live there if a foreclosure happens. A lot more information is needed to advise how to address such a matter.

Yes, you have a legitimate "lease", but you may also have a case against your "landlord" for fraud. Consult with a local attorney.
