refund of down payment on a manufactured home with land from another realtor

hello,

my name is--name removed--i really hope you can help me. my husband and myself went to this manufacturing home business who helps people with bad credit or no credit. we had bad credit. well we signed a construction contract and we paid 1500. deposit for ''consideration'' so says the contract. we also went to another realtor because we did not want to live where this company mainly built houses we wanted it in another city but he said it would be no problem, we paid that realtor 200 for the good faith we also had to have my husband stepfather from louisiana co sign well he kept prolonging the issue and we changed our minds and told him we wanted a refund. at first he hesitated and then later he gave us 250 and have not given us any more now he is saying that he already ordered the home like i wanted and cant do nothin with it. he did not show me proof of this. i ended going to bbb and nothing happened because he never replied next i took out a writ of fieri facias and nothing has happened yet i dont know what he owns i do think that he either has his father who is same name but sr. on everything or either everything is trough his wife who by the way signed the receipts from the deposit . please can you help j

Your post is virtually impossible to follow. However, the simple response is that since you reference a contract, read what it says about refunds or cancellations. If you "took out a writ of fieri facias," then your post leaves out any details of the underlying lawsuit.
