Reg. a Lease
I have leased a condo for a year and I am relocated however I have wrote my termination notice and provided it to the leeser 90 days prior she asked me to pay I am wondering what is the law of course I get my security deposit back right? and do I still have to pay the rest of the 3 months I am staying no matter if I give a termination notice?

The notice you are required to give and what the landlord can seek for damages depends on the terms of the lease agreement. Giving 90 days' notice may not matter if you don't have the right to terminate the lease at the end of the 90 day period. Regarding the security deposit, the landlord is required to either return the deposit or tell you what they spent it on with in a month after you vacate the property.
