Help with removing name off of home.
I was divorced 2001 and my ex-husband still has our home in both our names. He is becoming delinqent on his payments. Is there anywayto get my name removed off the loan?

At this point he may not be legally obligated to do anything. This should have been addressed in the divorce. If not, you've got a very serious legal problem. You may have to file an legal action to force him to sell or refinance the house to get it out of your name. On the other hand, you may be entitled to some equity in the house. This is definitely affecting your credit and if there is a foreclosure this will seriously damage your credit. Consult an attorney to address all the legal issues.
