Removing an person from a home deed,what must a person do.

You don't. People are not "removed" from deeds. The parties see a real estate lawyer to prepare the appropriate documents (whatever they may be since obviously we do not know what you are trying to do).

There is no such thing. People can't be removed from deeds.

With the help of a lawyer a person may be able to sell or give away a home. What are you trying to do?
