Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I rent an apartment in the city of Atlanta. Beginning 2011, the complex changed from a student and people who work combination to student living. Two days ago, I was moved from one apartment to another due to roommate issues. I won't speak to the Leasing Manager until this Wednesday morning, and he won't tell me if I will be evicted or not without evaluation of things. My question is I signed a one year lease in January 2011, and now concerned I might be asked to move out, since I am not enrolled as a student.

Also, is illegal for someone to tape record a conversation without my knowledge? Could this be used against me, if there is a recording?

A conversation can be recorded by any party to the conversation without the other parties' knowledge. The apartment manager can probably use anything they want to against you. They are not a court or judge.
