Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I currently rent an apartment in Villa Rica, GA. My landlord refuses to give me a key to a closet in my apartment. She also refuses to give me information on specifically who has access to my apartment and has let individuals into my apartment without my consent. Upon viewing the apartment for the first time, there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom, I was asked if I wanted the ceiling fan to stay and I advised yes. Upon obtaining the keys and the second trip of moving items in, I noticed the ceiling fan had been removed. When I asked about this I was told ceiling fans are not allowed in the bedroom (but it was there when I viewed the apartment and told it would stay up). There is a closet in the apartment which management advised me I had no access (yet it is in my apartment). I also rent a garage from this company, the lights in the garage did not work when I viewed it, I put in a work order for this and they refuse to fix it. Also, there is a back door to the garage that they refuse to grant me a key. I asked who has access to my apartment and my garage, management stated we let people in and do not need your permission. What should be done in this situation. I work in law enforcement and store things in both the garage and the apartment that are law enforcement sensitive and restricted access items.

This sounds really weird if not freaky. Consult with a local attorney.
