Rent with a ''At-will-tentive''

Land lord says tentive owe more than

what is known to the tentive. The

tentive pays the last months rent, its

an oral agreement, and gets his things

then leaves. land lord is trying to take

this to court. Do they have a case?

All we can get from your post is that landlord and TENANT disagree. We don't know who has a case.
