rental house in foreclosure
The house we are renting is going to be forclosed on the 6th of Feb.The name on our lease is not the owner.We only found out last week.Do we have any grounds to sue anyone.And what are our options? Thank you---Dallas,Ga.

The fact that the name on the lease and the name on something else (you didn't provide) is not necessarily a sign of wrongdoing. It could be, but you'd have to provide many more facts and not just one sentence. Keep in mind that if the house is being foreclosed, the person you may want to sue might not have anything to get.
