Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

renter rights

I had to remove my dogs for insurance reason I only have one day remove and they was move in time enough for the insrance company.I don't have any lease. I feel like I was surpose to a have at lease 30 day to remove them. Ok I remove them and know the own is wanting the address and the phone number of the people that came got the dogs.I have landlord I pay rent to and the own of this house is wanting the information. I feel like as long as the dogs is gone he doesn't need that information. Do I need to type a letter and get it notarize and give it to him stating that the dogs is no longer here at this resident? I what to know the right thing to do.

Re: renter rights

The "right thing to do" is resolve the issue as soon as possible and if that means getting the landlord some kind of assurance (within reason) that the dogs are no longer there, then get it over with and do not prolong the dispute.
