My renters

Myrenters have only been in the house one month and have not paid the rent i want to evict them how long will it take in the state of Ga. ?

That depends on when you start, whether you follow the proper procedures, and how quickly the court issues a warrant and then how quickly the sheriff/marshall serves it. It could be a month or so AFTER you properly start the process, or it could be much longer. If you have never done it before, get a a lawyer who has done it in the county. You'll find it is well worth it to get new tenants much faster. You may be able to do it yourself the next time.
