renters rights for the state of georgia
my landlord withheld $465 for yard work and gutter cleaning. theyard work was for tree trimming and cutting out dead limbs and trees. she also charged me for a broken dishwashing machine handle. she is charging me for a ceiling fan that i replaced for her because she does not like it. i filed for a suit and need to know what too do. she refused a walk around inspection and did not give me a list of grevances.

That depends on what you filed exactly and where you filed it. The first step after filing is to have them served with a copy of the complaint. Assuming they are properly served, the next step will be depend on how/if they respond.
