repossiession of property

My son sold a truck under a Lease/Purchase agreement. The other party failed to insure it,as required, failed to pay timely,as required and gave him a bad check.He re po'd the truck. Is he in any trouble

What do you mean by "trouble?" It would depend on the agreement and the manner in which he repossessed the vehicle.
