How do I reverse a "quit claim deed" after being deceived into signing my land over to someone, while I am yet responsible for the mortgage?

There is no way one can be "deceived" into signing a deed. What a deed says is patently obvious. When you sign a quit claim deed you have given away property. That's final.

And when you deed property on which you owe money, besides breaching your loan deed, you still owe the debt.
