rip offs
My finacee and I stay in this apartment it was a house but the owner divided it into two apartments and we pay $675 are month for a one bdrm. The rent is $500 and the ultilties $175==$675. Her daughter stays in the front and is fixing to have ANOTHER baby! We were moving the ladys dresser out and some papers fell out that was talking about the deeds to the house an d how they had to pay $571 mth for the mortage and the walls aren't even insulated and we HAVE BEEN STATYING HERE going on three months now what should I do?

You mentioned everything but the most important thing - the terms of a lease (if you have one). With respect to the rent, you presumably agreed to pay it. The owner's mortgage payment has zero relevance to what you agree to pay in rent. If it is a "rip off" you should not have rented the property.
