Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Can I sale?

I do not need legal advice regarding lawsuit. I need to know if I can sell personal property ... i.e. real estate while being sued for damages in an unrelated suit which has nothing to do with the property being sold though it is of cours a personal asset.

Your question asks purely for legal advice on a matter we know nothing about. We cannot tell you if you can or cannot properly dispose of assets while a lawsuit is being asserted against you. Get a lawyer.

Re: Can I sale?

Generally, you are allowed to buy sell property, but it must be for fair market value. In other words, you may not sell your house to a friend or relative for $10 to avoid paying on a judgment.
